Divinely Called Leadership

Divinely Called and Scripturally Ordained Leadership are the guidelines for our church structure

We follow the church government as found in scriptures consisting of a plural eldership, with a lead pastor or presiding elder. Elders qualify on the basis of personal character, spiritual life, domestic life, and leadership ability to lead the church in these areas:

• Evangelization of our community, our regions and of the world. (Matthew 29:19, Mark 16:15-20)
• Worship of God (John 23-24)
• Building up and encouraging the body of Christ by the application of the Five Fold Ministry Gifts, (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers) all being perfected in the image of His Son (Ephesians 4:11-16;  ITimothy 3; Titus 1)
• Meeting human needs with ministries of love and compassion (Psalms 112:9; Galatians 2:10; 6:10; James 1:27)
